How To Read Legendary Stakes Event Results

thumbnail reading Legendary Stakes results

At Legendary Stakes, event results provide valuable insights into our annual competition, breaking it down into five key categories: Horse, Rider, Dam, Breeder, and Sire.

Each results card begins with the Event Name at the top, followed by the discipline and division. Below, you’ll see each of the five categories listed, with any purses won displayed next to each name. An attendance box indicates whether a category entered the event: a filled 4-point box means the category participated. For example, if only the Horse and Dam categories show 4 points, it means only those two entered and claimed purses.

For a deeper understanding of how our point system works, be sure to check out our educational piece on the Legendary Point system.

If you see a number other than 0 in the purse box, it means that the category has claimed those purses, which will then be tallied under that category’s name. Boxes showing a 0 indicate that no purses were claimed within that division. At the end of each row, you’ll find the total points earned by the category in that division.

Understanding the points and results system will give you a key advantage in the Legendary Stakes competition. As we like to say, you don’t need to know it all—but the more you know, the better your chances to succeed.

So, strategize, compete, and win those purses!
