On August 2nd, 2024 the Dry Creek Ranch Rodeo was held at the Baca County Fair Ground in Springfield, Colorado.
The event featured various ranch rodeo disciplines, providing a platform for competitors to showcase their skills. The 2024 Baca County Fair, which ran from July 27th to August 3rd, included numerous 4-H events, a parade, a community BBQ, a tractor pull, and a demolition derby, making it a festive and engaging event for attendees.
In the ranch rodeo discipline, Legendary Stakes competitors claimed multiple purses at the Dry Creek Ranch Rodeo. In the open division, the horses Third Cattylac, Kates Echo, and Seven S Redbone, all owned by Slash Bar Four Inc., each earned 9 points in their respective categories, earning their way up the leaderboard. Each sire earned $25 in royalties from each of the 3 different entries.
